Structural characteristics

The opening and closing of the gate valve is small, and the packing sheet plan is selected to tamp the seal between the shoulder plan of the valve stem and the single flow valve, which relieves the opening torque;

After the ablation of the high pressure gate valve in an accidental fire accident, the metal ring is pressed on the ball with sealing effect. The pre-tightening torsion spring on the upper end of the ball can guide the electrostatic induction caused by the friction between the ball and the high pressure gate valve into the ground through the power line. Avoid the fire caused by electrostatic induction to ign-ite inflammable and explosive materials to ensure the safety of the system. Long service life of high quality polytetrafluoroethylene high pressure gate valve inside and outside the metal material protective paste, to avoid substances on the high pressure gate valve washing damage and polytetrafluoroethylene internal cold. And the preload can be adjusted to achieve a smaller specific pressure of the seal, which will further improve the service life. Once the high pressure gate valve is damaged by fire, the metal material protection paste inside and outside has a certain guarantee effect.
5, the gate valve selection of the overall structure, is conducive to the repair and replacement of the gate valve. When it is necessary to protect the gate valve, it is not necessary to remove it from the pipeline, but to disassemble and install the single flow valve and remove all parts in the gate valve body. You can carry out maintenance or disassemble parts, making maintenance more convenient and time-saving.
